Starbucks: Leadership

The Power of 10,000. Branded and supported by idesign.

idesign was invited to develop the brand identity and visual experience for Starbucks’ landmark “Power of 10,000” Onward Event in New Orleans. From October 26–30, 2008, more than 10,000 Starbucks Partners gathered to participate in five days of community volunteer initiatives and leadership development. Under the creative leadership of Natalie Chantal Luke, idesign developed and implemented a comprehensive visual strategy for the event. This included pre-event site reviews, brand identity development, and the creation of all branded materials—from large-scale signage and environmental graphics to brochures, posters, and custom transportation signage. idesign also led onsite creative operations, managing installation, overseeing production, coordinating vendors, providing photography services, and supporting Starbucks’ executive leadership team. Natalie and the idesign team developed and executed the strategic creative plan, ensuring a cohesive, immersive brand experience across all event environments. Explore the full project to see how idesign brought this extraordinary event to life.
